Jonah Eaton
Mr. Eaton represents non-citizens in a wide range of legal issues before the administrative agencies and U.S. District Court and Courts of Appeal. Mr. Eaton is a past member of the American Immigration Law Association Amicus Committee, working on litigation at all levels of the federal courts. He is an adjunct professor at Temple Law School and at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he has taught Refugee Law and been a clinical instructor. He currently teaches Crimes and Immigration at Penn and Temple. Prior to joining NSC, he was a Bates Fellow at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Bureau for Europe in Brussels, Belgium, where he worked on litigation before the European Court of Justice. In a prior life, Jonah was a boat builder and carpenter. Mr. Eaton is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of Michigan Law School.
