Jessica Olive

Jessica is a Senior Staff Attorney at UnLocal, where she represents immigrants in removal proceedings and before USCIS. Her passion for immigration law is rooted in her experiences working alongside immigrant communities.

During her time at Brooklyn Law School, Jessica supported survivors of domestic violence with U-Visa applications, advocated for asylum seekers through the Safe Harbor Clinic, and represented detained immigrants in removal hearings with The Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project.

She first joined UnLocal as a legal intern in 2019, returned as a Pro Bono Scholar in 2020, and later became a Staff Attorney through the Immigrant Justice Corps Fellowship. After completing her fellowship, she continued her work with UnLocal, now serving as a Senior Staff Attorney.

Jessica earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2020 and holds a B.A. in International Studies from DePaul University.
