Elizabeth DeHaan
Elizabeth DeHaan works as an Executive Assistant at Alight, an INGO co-creating with displaced communities around the globe. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2011, graduating with honors. Outside of her day-to-day life, she is a certified yoga instructor, writer, poet, and the creative force behind enovaturient.com, a lifestyle blog highlighting world news, mental health, dating and everything in between. Elizabeth has been actively involved in her community volunteering for causes ranging from human trafficking to the foster care system. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors for Roots. Wounds. Words: a literary organization working with BIPOC and justice impacted artists. She is the daughter of Jamaican & Guyanese immigrants and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
