Alba Aviles

Alba is a labor and employment partner at a national labor and employment law firm and has more than a decade of experience.  She works with employers on resolving issues in a creative and cost-effective manner.  Alba has been recognized as a leader in her community.  Throughout her career, Alba has dedicated hours of pro bono to individuals in need of representation.  Her passion and commitment for immigrant rights stem from her own personal experiences.  Alba is a graduate of Syracuse University and Rutgers Law Newark.  She also serves as the Treasurer of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
